All vaccinations must be up to date or we cannot admit your pet for boarding. This is for the safety of your pet and for the safety of the other pets in our care. The following vaccinations are required for boarding: Cats: Rabies and Distemper Dogs: Rabies, Distemper and Kennel Cough. Kennel Cough must be given 5 days prior to boarding if your pet is overdue or has never had it.
Charges: You will be charged for the day you drop off your pet regardless of the time you drop off. You will not be charged for the day of pick-up if you pick-up your pet by 10AM. If you pick-up your pet after 10 AM you will be charged for the day.
Medical Treatment: If you would like your pet to have an appointment for a medical issue (ie. Doctor check for a health issue, vaccine update, nail trim, blood work, or surgery) you must make an appointment for it at the hospital. The Kennel can not book any medical appointments for you. If however your pet becomes ill during it's stay, we will bring it to the hospital to be treated and the charges will be added to your bill.
Any animals infested with fleas or ticks will have FrontLine applied at the owner's expense.
We will check fecal samples for worms, if necessary, and treat your animal if found to be infected. These charges will be added to your bill.
Cancellation Fee: $25 if you forget to cancel a reservation.
Extended Board Fee: $10/day extra if dog(CAT?) stays beyond booked dates without notice.
Personal Belongings: The Kennel is not responsible for any items you bring in with your pet that get lost.
Busy Boarding Periods: The Kennel will often book-up and become full 3 - 4 months in advance of any Holiday or vacation time (major holidays, holiday weekends, all school vacation weeks, spring break and the summer months of June, July and August).
